Our leather patches are always made from genuine top grain leather. We have a wide variety of colors and thicknesses to match your end use. Whether it be an exotic pink color for your Bachelorette Party, or a classy natural tan color for your budding business, we have you covered!
 
Our custom leather patches are each backed by LoneStar Adhesive, the industry standard in heat-activated adhesive! This glue is so strong, you will rip the leather hide apart grain by grain before tearing the patch off clean!

That's why we source our hats from companies like Outdoor Cap, that support small businesses and work with companies that might only work out of a small room in their house. But, we also value quality. All hat sources have been tediously vetted for consistent quality and competitive lead times.

*Caution: Do not place in a washer or dryer. Clean by hand just like leather boots. Our product is sealed with professional grade leather vinyl sealant, but this does not protect the hat itself, and will not protect the leather from certain chemicals.

  • PRODUCT INFO

    Each leather patch is garanteed genuine leather that is then laser cut to specified personalization. The patch is then attached using our tried and true method, perfected over countless hours of trial and error. We take pride in our hand dyed, hand attached patches. 

  • RETURN & REFUND POLICY

    Returns with a full refund will be accepted if the product is returned in the same condition in which it arrived to the customer. If the product was damaged in transit, please reach out to us directly and we will resolve the situation. Exchanges will not be accepted unless under circumstances resulting from a mistake on our end. Our products are custom made and cannot be sold to other customers, therefore we try our best to make sure every customer is happy with what they receive, every time!

  • SHIPPING INFO

    All shipping on our products are free. Return shipping for a warranty job is payed by us. Return shipping for a repair job will be payed by the customer if outside of the warranty parameters.
